Body by Vi Shake Recipe: Peanut Butter Cup

1 cup Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
2 scoops Visalus Shake Mix
1 T PB2 powdered peanut butter
Blend in blender. Adjust thickness of shake by increasing or decreasing amount of ice in your shake. Can also add part of a banana to this shake for a boost in nutrition.

A word about PB2 powdered peanut butter: I bought mine at HyVee in the organic/healthy section of the store, but found better deals on Amazon (Check my amazon store tab at the top). It's peanut butter with no preservatives, and 85% of the fat calories removed -- that's why it's powder. They also make a chocolate version that I haven't tried yet, because it's always sold out. Great in shakes, and in ice cream!
